Here's an update on the flooring at Milpitas. John is our flooring specialist that does a great job and helps us finish out our project with great flooring work. We always pick Tile in the Kitchen and bathrooms and Wood Laminate for the Livingroom. We cover the flooring in the bedrooms with carpet. We use this combination in flooring to appeal to the typical homeowner. Along with paint colors, we try to pick tile, carpet, and Laminate flooring that go well together so there are some delineation in the different rooms and living spaces but would still have a good flow that won't clash too much. The design for the Flooring is extremely important on how a property will turn out. They types of flooring and color along with the design of how the flooring should look like should be planned way ahead before installation.
