No DRAMA with our DEMO and CLEANING Crew, here! So here is the clean up crew to clean out 3 Trailers and Truck Loads full of trash at Milpitas. Man, it was crazy disgusting in there. The filth, the smell due to wet installation and sheet rock was overwhelming. But, MY MAN..Carlos, got the hook ups and just banged it all out in a day. Here are some pictures that show the trash and the clean up crew's work to clean up all the sheetrock and trash.The Tenant who was living in there left all the furniture and burnt appliances. They just walked away and left the garage, front yard, and backyard full of trash. A lot of the sheetrock had to be ripped out because there was a hole in the roof that the rain came in and soak up a lot of the ceiling so most of it had to be ripped out and new sheet rock to be replaced, textured and painted.
When the trash came out, the lower cabinets looked fine so we decided to keep it and the Granite looked like it was in good condition as well.
